The aim is to maintain a robust supply base and to establish a database of competent vendors and suppliers.

CONDITION FOR ELIGIBILITY
In order to be considered for pre-qualification, bidders for relevance in their areas of interest will be required to provide information on the following:
- A copy of Certification of Incorporation of the Company in Nigeria or Overseas.
- Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
- Audited Financial Report of the Company for the last three ( 3years)
- VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittances.
- Evidence of Compliance with Pension Act, NSITF, ITF and evidence of remittances.
- Evidence of Financial Capability and ability to provide Advance Payment Guarantee and Performance Bonds from a reputable bank not Insurance Company.
- Company profile including details of key professional staff, relevant manufacturing capability proof partnership with OEMs where necessary and copy of Company Brochure.
- Evidence of having successfully carried out similar works/supply consistently in the last five years along with Job Completion Certificate and at least 2 verifiable references
- Evidence of capability and facilities for manufacturing of Equipment for manufacturers
- Sample of Test Report of Manufactured Equipment.
- Test certificate issued by well known International Standard Test Laboratory for Manufacturers of Equipment.
- Any other information or statutory document(s) that will place the Company on a comparative advantage over others.
APPLICANTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT A KNOW YOUR CONTRACTOR (KYC) FORM.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The pre-qualification documents should be duly signed by the company’s Managing Director. This should be bound in Two (2) copies and submitted in a sealed envelope indicating items contained and boldly marked “PRE-QUALIFICA TION FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION IKEDC 2016” at the left hand corner of the envelope, clearly indicating the name of the company, mailing address, mobile number and the category applied for.
The documents should be submitted with a non-refundable Application Fee indicated against each category in Bank Draft payable to Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company.
Applications should be per category and documents for each category must be in separate envelopes, clearly and boldly labeled as indicated above and be sent to the following address on or before 12:00Hours on Friday, March 4, 2016.
