The new bills will have new features to aid customers reconcile their consumption usage . Customers will also be issued new account numbers, however, their old account numbers will remain on the bills also for ease of reconciliation.
IE has also introduced the complaint redress mechanism behind the new bill to further aid customers who may need to resolve service issues.
