Becoming an Ikeja Electric payment agent is EASY!

  1. Call our Customer Care hotlines or visit the customer care representative in any of our offices
  2. Provide your name, proposed business address, phone number and preferred payment channel.
  3. If you do not have a preferred payment channel in mind, a member of our payment channels unit will call you to discuss our payment channel options
  4. We’ll send your details to the channel integrator, who will in turn call you to discuss commercial terms
  5. If you meet requirement(s), you will be invited to the Channel Integrator office to pick up the payment channel
  6. We will also visit you to provide appropriate branding for your location plus tips and training to excel as an Ikeja Electric payment agent
